One of the most important pillars of any club would be the quality of the coaches, and the football coaches at Thane City FC are some of the most qualified and experienced.
Thane City FC has a team of eight coaches led by the Technical Director of the club, Prashant J Singh, who is also an AIFF coach educator. Having trained more than 500 coaches across India, Prashant and his team of coaches strive to deliver the best training to the players.
Apart from the technical workshops and webinars for the coaches, TCFC has organised two First-Aid courses in Somaiya Hospital, two Gender Sensitisation workshops with NGO Humsafar, etc. for holistic development of the coaches on and off the field.
“We believe that updating our coaches regularly is of utmost importance. Both technically and other soft skills. We are also in process of getting all the coaches insured once they complete their second vaccine dose.” said Sathyanathan Hiriyan, Head of Player Development and Pathway.
