Thane City FC would like to proudly announce that Prashant J Singh (founder and CEO of the club) has been selected for the FIFA Coach Educator Pathway project. Twenty coach educators from India have been chosen for this project, starting on 20th August and ending on 5th November 2022. It is a huge moment for the club and everyone associated with TCFC, as we congratulate Prashant for yet another milestone in his illustrious career.<\/p>\n\n\n

The FIFA Coach Education Pathway program will help him further develop his technical and soft skills when it comes to training coaches. The course has three modules: Online, eLearning, and Practical which will make the learning holistic. “I’m looking forward to learning and enhancing the art of teaching, from my mentors and colleagues during the course. I am super excited, happy, and thankful to AIFF for giving me this opportunity” Prashant added. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prashant has been active in the AIFF’s Coach Education programs conducting 24 nationwide. He has recently been promoted to a Lead Educator for AIFF D Certificate and will also start conducting AFC C Diploma. This makes him one of the few Educators in Maharashtra who are Lead tutors and can conduct AFC C Diploma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June this year, Prashant cleared his AFC A Diploma which was conducted in Kolkata across three modules. This new development adds another remarkable feat to the ranks of Thane City FC. The club can now boast of Prashant and our Technical Director – Agnelo Fernandes<\/a>, both of which are A-license coaches and highly regarded in the football and sporting industry. The club now has two out of the five A-license coaches in the Thane district, which adds more knowledge in every aspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
